Hi, I am Linda Pillard, Group Leader for our Team.  First, I would like to introduce my full-time Real Estate Team. Ken Pillard our administrative support, our property research specialist, and licensed Real Estate Consultant, Tammie Griffen at Placer Title,  our outstanding Marketing Director Lynette M. Williford, and several different lenders available to meet your real estate needs. It is this Teams effort that make your transaction as smooth as possible.

We have worked endless hours to ensure our marketing efforts are the best in the industry. A Realtor from our office staff, will conduct creative open houses (if seller permits) if they are even needed.  They will also ensure that all potential buyers that call us are qualified prior to showing your home.

For salabitlity of your home, we will walk through and tour your home as if we were the buyers and suggest any necessary changes. We have a system in place that works, and you will be communicated to by phone, e-mail and snail mail.  We will keep you informed every step of the way.   Communication is extremely important for us and for you!
